A graduate from Washington State University in Social Sciences Kyle Pease prides himself on building relationships and making the client his number one priority. Kyle grew up locally in Port Orchard and now lives with his wife and son in Gig Harbor. While taking the courses and state test to become a licensed agent in Washington Kyle worked as an investor on flipping houses in Kitsap County. He loves to see a distressed property reach its full potential and make the surrounding community a better place to live in. These experiences have provided Kyle with extensive knowledge in construction design and remodels of homes. Outside of selling real estate Kyle loves to play golf and travel with his family. His favorite place to travel is Hawaii or wherever the sun and beach are. He is also an avid sports fan the Seahawks and Cougars being his favorite teams.
